I have never had a primary care taker that I liked more than Alicia Lukas. She is thorough, extremely knowledgeable, explains everything in great detail, and is extremely caring. At times I have felt as though I was her only patient, because she called me at home to explain a medication and showed great concern. She is extremely attentive to all of my concerns and definitely makes me feel as though I am a partner in my health care. If I have a concern, she addresses it thoroughly. She is very efficient, yet never makes you feel rushed. This is an art.
