Dr Muxen was extemely rude to me. I was a patient for some time. During my recent visit she entered the room and when I wanted to discuss an issue that SHE was fully aware of, her response was We never had a conversation about that Even though she referred me to a specialist and ordered a CT Scan for the issue and it was in the notes from the previous vist. I was told, I see 3ooo patients and can't be expected to remember a conversation and I can't remember a conversation from 90 minutes ago nevermind 6 months ago She also said you can get another Dr if you want, so I left. Her reaction to my leaving was extremely rude.

Dr Muxen was incapable of recalling an issue I had during a visit 6 months ago, in spite of her notes in the system and her referral to a specialist and a test that she ordered. Do not use this physician.

Rude and snotty with no bedside manner. This office is so disorganized and they don't actually care about their patients. This doctor will lie right to your face. You're just another faceless number in the machine, another dollar sign in the pocket.

Dr. Muxen is kind, thoughtful, personable, patient, and extremely smart. I switched to her about a year ago after I felt like my previous doctor was dismissive. My experience with Dr. Muxen has been amazing - with everything from migraines, GI issues, mental health, sick visits, physicals, etc. - she always takes her time and addresses every concern, has a plan of action, and communicates quickly about any test results. I was actually shocked to see any reviews about her saying otherwise until I noticed who left the reviews and I would advise anyone to consider that there are some people who love to be miserable and create problems where there aren’t any.

Dr. Muxen has an excellent bed side manner. My visit was was like sitting down with a friend. Very easy to talk to.

I went for a physical and I felt rushed .. I have explained stomach issues stomachs was not even listened to or touched. She abruptly left the room so fast I forgot to ask a question. So when I was leaving the room which I was fully clothed at a complete physical.. I went to the ma and asked if I can ask the dr a question for a referral she stated she may be in the pumping room. I said ok. So here comes the doc. I then said Dr I forgot to ask you a question being rushed her hand went up and said I am pumping for my baby to eat and your visit is over. This is not the first time that she has been condescending and rude. I am reporting this unacceptable behavior from a health professional. Did not leave with my question answered and I don’t feel she cared either. Very rushed . I left in emotional distress. Awful!

If I could give this review no stars, I would. This is the second time I had a visit with this doctor and was completely dissatisfied. My physical lasted all of 20 minutes. My stomach was not even pressed. She abruptly left the room. I forgot to ask a question when I was with her so I knocked on the door with the MAs and they said she must be pumping. She then exited the room she was in, put her hand up and said your visit is over, I am entitled to my break and I am pumping so my baby can eat. I have never been so taken back by unprofessionalism. I did report her and will not be seeing her again. DISGUSTED is an understatement. I am sure my insurance will be billed for a full visit although I did not get one!!!
