Dr Lima was wonderful. He took so much time to talk, he gave advice about contacting a specialist I am also seeing, to follow up. First time after waiting 8 months things went well then waited 3 months for a second appointment After taking the day off they rescheduled my appointment then the day of the new appointment when I arrived I was told they forgot to call and rescheduled him not caring that I had taken a second day off and the next half hour appointment was not until another 2 months who do I send the bill to when they cost me money Hartford health care both they and the doctor should be ashamed
