From the first appointment, Dr. Luzzi was gentle and honest and treated me as an equal adult. He said that when he was going to remove the earwax, it was going to hurt, but only for a few seconds, which is exactly as it was. I was not surprised that I needed hearing aids because my sister had double hearing aids; my father and his 11 siblings had hearing difficulties, as did my paternal grandmother. I gave him a little surprise. When I saw where he went to college and medical school, it was where my nephew was the women's soccer coach, and I couldn't wait for my annual appointment to tell him Georgetown University won the NCAA women's soccer championship that year, with my nephew being thier coach! I even made my son buy a Dr. Luzzi kit at Petricone's pharmacy when he visited me from AZ. He's an excellent doctor, and I am so glad my personal care physician insisted I stay with him when his partner retired. It's hard with new doctors, but from the get-go, I had no fear or apprehension, as I usually do with most new-to-me doctors.

Dr. Luzzi Has a very good bed side manner, but also knows what he is doing and give the best advise to get a person better. Your are in the most qualified hand that you could ask for. Lucky the Hospital has him.

Dr. Luzzi is a great ENT physician. He doesn't keep you waiting. He cares and spends time with you to address the issue. His staff makes you feel at ease and Dr Luzzi answers any questions thoroughly. He doesn't immediately throw a pill at you. He gives you information that's natural first, and then if necessary he will prescribe something. I can't recommend him more highly.

Dr. Luzzi listens to his patients. Reviews all your health issues to see if anything is connected. He was able to find my ears were dry and I'm reacting to allergies. Found my TMJ is giving me pain. I highly recommend him. His thoroughness and knowledge is amazing. Staff is very nice and helpful as well.
