Dr. Mian is a top notch Provider. I LOVE her. She always makes me feel heard and is quick to suggest solutions. Dr. Mian also takes her time with each visit, I have NEVER felt rushed! I have always had positive experiences with Dr Mian, until recent. I messaged via mMyChart with symptoms looking for direction or to be seen. Instead of ever being connected with the Doctor I was contacted by the LPN. Symptoms that they should have been willing to see me they instead refused and had me to go the ER. This was not worthy of an ER trip but the per the LPN they would not see me or provide any further communication on the matter Doctors are supposed to see their patients not just send them to the ER. ER’s are for emergencies not for patients that doctors aren’t willing to see or talk to, and not for LPN’s to ship you off too. When I call the doctors office I expect to speak to my doctor. Now I’m left with a huge ER bill and having to find a new doctor. On top of that you call Hartford Healthcare and you can’t talk to a human only an endless loop of AI assistance.
