She was incredible she truly went above and beyond to explain everything in details and was so helpful. Such an wonderful doctor! I didn't feel rushed or unheard. Everyone at this office is top notch from front office staff to doctors they are all so kind, welcoming and truly care about their patients and it shows. I'm so thankful to have found this office.

Dr Jayme Mickelson would not honor signing for me to get a handicap parking tag even though I am disabled and had continual high blood pressure that was left uncontrolled for several years causing my kidneys damage as well. She would not refill my heart medication even though I had just been into see her. I had found a great cardiologist and nephrologist who both worked together to get my condition under control. Not once did I get a call on my lab results she had ordered even though I had another health condition that needed attention. I am thankful to have found all my specialists at UCONN to take over my treatment after several years without the appropriate healthcare.

No matter what is going on I can message her and I always get a prompt response from her and her staff. Her office staff and MA’s and Nurses also are wonderful and provide outstanding care.
