This is the second time I am taking this survey for this visit. As I stated the first time - I like this practice very much. It is why I have continued to use it for about 25 years and why I still use it even after moving 25 miles away. Dr. Huang is a caring and efficient doctor and has always made himself available when needed. The staff are very polite and personable and the facility is extremely clean and neat.

Dr Huang is amazing - I consider myself very lucky to have him as my PCP. I've used the Hartford HealthCare Wallingford office for about 25 years. I moved from Wallingford to Rocky Hill about 3-years ago and still travel to the Wallingford office because of the relationship I have with my PCP (Dr Huang) and due to the cleanliness, professionalism, and attitude of the staff.

The office has a good procedure to text and e check in. The office staff and Dr Huang are friendly. The Dr Huang is very personable, spends time going over any tests that you have done as well as explaining. You can ask questions and don’t feel rush with the appointment.

I have had the good fortune to have Dr. John Huang as my primary care physician for over two decades. I cannot say enough about what an excellent, caring physician Dr. Huang is. He takes the time to listen to what you are saying and then carefully assesses the problem, after which he presents you with the best options for treatment. The older I get, the more doctors I encounter. And this simple fact has taught me that there are, unfortunately, very few doctors out there like Dr. Huang.
