I As I said in my initial comments Ms Pearson was familiar with my record when she met with me but reviewed again and clarified a point of concern she had related to my medical issue via a follow up call. She then gave me a game plan and a follow upCall was provided after that to make sure everything was going to plan. That is above and beyond. The first call was enough to let me know she want to get things right. The second call let me know she cared about what she does. I see few people who do this. It was such a pleasant surprise.

would love to give zero stars. ever since the APRNs do everything instead of the MD, the quality of care is not the same. my father went in twice regarding a cough and fatigue and even when he told them the walk in said go get blood work from the ER, the APRN insisted that he did not need blood work and that he just needs a steroid. flash forward 2 months later he has been in the hospital now for not one but two Emboli (blood clots) in his lungs and a femoral DVT. along with a potential pancreatic cancer diagnosis. When a patient does not feel right, for a significant period of time, do the extra work, put the blood panel request in. it is better safe than sorry. this all could have been caught two months earlier than it was. do the extra steps!!!! avoid potential bigger issues!!
