I am very happy to be treated by Dr. Black . I truster without hesitation. She is very skilled at answering questions and takes the time to do so thoroughly. She is not hurried which is not always easy or praised. She alleviated some worries that I had about one matter. I would certainly recommend her to others.

Dr. Black is attentive and knowledgeable. I also leave the office with a written "after visit summary." If I have a condition that I'm concerned about she responds in an appropriate manner. (My aunt wrote like this in her letters. No wasted space. Old school!) And that may include scans, x-rays or visiting a specialist.

Dr Florence Jaffa was not available, however Dr Laura Black was accepting appointments as it was followup which had a 7 day deadline. I was very comfortable speaking with Dr Black and she explained my options for ongoing care. I was extremely Impressed that DrBlack had read my chart before entering exam room and was on top of my recent history/issues. I would recommend both Dr Florence Jaffa & Dr Black as I have not been seen by a caring, knowledgeable doctor since Dr Migliorato retired. HHC PT care the past few years has gone downhill and both Dr Jaffa & Dr Black have restored my faith @NMain St WHtfd HHC

Dr. Black is the epitome of a wonderful caring physician. Not only did she schedule me in at less than three hours notice forv my necessary preop physical, as my left eye cataract removal surgery is next Tuesday, but she was very thorough and understanding as usual.

Dr. Laura Black listened to my concerns, she took time to educate me about a problem I faced repeatedly over the years and she convinced me to try a new approach to treatment. I was a little hesitant to try, but I am thrilled with results and her gentle approach.
