Dr. Santos is terrific - she spends an appropriate amount of time, listens and I never feel rushed out - yet I feel valued as a patient. She thoroughly evaluates all information she receives and provides advice based on what she knows of ME - not just what's on a chart and the average person of my age, gender, status, etc. She takes the time to ask questions and understand my lifestyle, habits and concerns. I am fortunate to be a patient of Dr. Laurinda Santos. She is very easy to talk to and really listens to any concerns or questions I might have. She explains her concerns in a manner that is easy to understand. Test results, further testing and medication questions and/or options are also explained thoroughly. She always asks if I have concerns or questions before ending the visit.
