Dr. Jeremko clearly cares about his patients and doing the best for them. I was impressed with his thoroughness interest in the details of my care. When I had a missing test he spent the time to research it and get the results to review. I would highly recommend !

I had my annual physical with Dr. Jaremko in December. He’s been my personal physician for many years. He is a good listener, is thorough, and follows up quickly to requests and questions that I make through the online portal. His office is conveniently located on Route 44 in Avon and his support staff make the administrative and screening part of an office visit quick and painless. I have recommended him to friends and family members and 5 this 5 star review would recommend him to patients who are looking to build a long term relationship with a great doctor.

Wellness visits are rushed. Most of the visit is spent with the Doctor reading down the chart. I was charged an extra 'office visit' because the doctor mentioned my cholesterol that he was reading from the chart. I did not initiate the conversation, and he still charged me an extra fee. I find this practice very deceitful.
