I can't say enough good things about Dr. Edwards. I am not a cryer or a hugger, but I walked out of that appointment asking to hug her and crying because it's the first time in 10+ years I had someone who was willing to help me. She is supportive and validating. She is the first doctor in over 10 years who has listened to my health concerns and taken action. I am both impressed by her medical knowledge (she has so much of it! and responded to my concerns with it!) and empathy. If you have the opportunity to become her patient, I would say do it. Even if you need to wait for that first appointment, it's 10000000% worth it.
