Dr. O was great! I saw her for the first time to establish PCP care, as my PCP is retiring after being with him for 20+ yrs. She was very personable, thorough and respectful. Her M.A. was great too. Definitely recommend

I had a very disappointing experience trying to see Dr. Olarinmoye for my first new-patient appointment. My appointment was scheduled for 10:30 AM, I completed the online check-in, and I arrived exactly at 10:30. Despite being on time, I was told the provider would not see me because I “should have been here at 10:15,” even though this was never stated as a requirement — only a suggested early arrival.The clinic manager informed me that “at the end of the day, the provider decides if she wants to cancel or reschedule the appointment,” which made the process feel arbitrary and unfair. As a patient trying to establish care, this was extremely discouraging. I took time off work and traveled to be there on time, only to be turned away without flexibility or understanding.While I did not get the chance to evaluate Dr. Olarinmoye’s clinical care, this experience reflects poorly on the way her schedule and patient interactions are managed.
