We he come into the room he's already refreshed his self with his last interaction with you in order to follow up with any treatment suggestions or given to see how you are feeling currently. Dr. Shieh is a wonderful and caring doctor. He is thorough with his questions and picks up well In the follow up from last appointment so that nothing is missed. He is excellent at listening and I never feel rushed through the visit. He inquires about my feelings on f/u vaccines instead of telling me I need to get this or that. He remembers little things from past appointments that may have been mentioned in passing about me or a family member which shows his caring about me as an individual. He is just amazing! I just love him as my doctor.

Just called as new patients to schedule myself and my husband. I asked if they were in network with UHC. The person on the phone stated, I don't know and that was it. I said, oh, I'm sorry. We have to see a doctor that it's network with our insurance. She said, okay, bye. The level of customer service was terrible.

The best doctor at Hartford medical group is Dr. William Sheih in south Windsor absolutely an amazing doctor.any Doctor Who can take the time out with pen and paper and sit there and take every detailed note you said and follow up on everything that you complain about that’s that’s an amazing doctor,I’ve being seeing him over 25 years you don’t find doctors who care any more so highly recommend .
