What an Anti-Inflammatory Diet Can Do for You

October 29, 2020

Whatever your age, an anti-inflammatory diet is good for your health. But it’s only good for you if you know what it is and know how to use it.

Our immune system protects our body with a process known as inflammation. It protects us and helps us heal, but when it gets out of control  it can be linked to virtually every major disease  — arthritis, diabetes, heart disease, cancer and Alzheimer’s disease.

For young people, an anti-inflammatory diet is particularly effective against juvenile diabetes and chronic asthma. In studies, this diet has reduced the severity of asthma and allergies and even prevented chronic asthma.

Find out more about an anti-inflammatory diet — and allergy and immunology, functional medicine, herbal medicine and pain management — in a free educational webinar Nov. 11 at noon via Zoom.
