Areas of Care

(non-operative)

Whether you’re a competitive athlete or just enjoy staying active, injuries and joint pain can slow you down.

Our non-operative sports medicine team is here to help you recover and return to what you love — with care that’s personalized, comprehensive and built around your goals. They understand how your body moves and how various sports and activities can affect it. They use their specialized training to assess and treat injuries throughout your body while promoting healthier lifestyles for all.

When to see a sports medicine expert.

You don’t have to be training for a marathon or competing professionally to benefit from sports medicine. Our providers treat a variety of patients, regardless of their age and physical fitness level. If you’re dealing with pain, discomfort, or an injury that affects your ability to move, we can help.

Whether your injury is sports-related or not, our team of experts is here to help you.

In addition to treating knee pain or swelling, ankle sprains, back and neck pain and rotator cuff injuries, we also treat a wider range of injuries and conditions, including:

  • Tennis elbow
  • Plantar fasciitis
  • Jammed or trigger finger
  • Carpal tunnel
  • Bursitis
  • Neurologic injuries affecting muscle function
  • Concussions
  • Osteoarthritis
  • Joint swelling or instability
  • Exercise-induced asthma

Personalized treatment options.

We take a team-based, evidence-driven approach to care — offering the latest diagnostic tools and treatment strategies to help you heal faster and move with confidence.

We also work closely with our Sports Health Rehabilitation team to provide sports movement analysis, strength and stability training, and other guided exercise plans for patients needing additional support.

  • Bracing, casting and splinting: to support and protect injuries.
  • Joint aspiration and injections: to relieve pain and inflammation.
  • Diagnostic ultrasounds: to pinpoint the cause of pain.
  • Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) injections: and other regenerative therapies to speed up healing.
  • Return-to-activity planning: including concussion management.
