Kristen was prompt for my appointment. She is personable and easy to talk to. She came up with a course of action WITH me. Seeing a weight loss doctor can be a humbling experience but with her upbeat, non-judgmental demeanor I felt very welcome and well taken care of! I would definitely recommend her as a doctor.

Again, the clerical communication piece causes hesitation in recommending this office. Since speaking with Kristen about this issue she made certain that I received a follow up message in My Chart concerning a change in medication dosage due to prescribed dosage pharmacy shortage.

Kristen Chapin is a very intelligent young lady who is very understanding of her patients questions and concerns. When I went to see her I was very scared and didn’t know what to expect. She sat with me for over a hour and took her time to explain everything that I have asked. She is also very easy to talk to and very trustworthy person. She don’t treat any of her patients with disrespect and don’t go against what you as a patient want to do with your weight loss choices. The office staff are extremely nice as well and get you appointments fairly quick.
