I don't think it's the same as in person. ? Assessment, no vital signs, height weight?I think the provider did the best she could over the telehealth chat. I was given the option of rescheduling my in person appointment or taking telehealth instead. I thought I would try it, but had multiple problems connecting. Eventually took place over cell phone. Not a good experience.

I appreciated the doctor didn't force tests or care. She listened and I felt heard. I appreciate her going above and beyond to get a test done that day I needed due to another doctor retiring and not being able to get in with that other practice I appreciate her time and understanding. Felt like I had say and a choice in my care. I hope Hartford heath remembers no one wants medical care forced on them. My body my choice.
