Karl Genovese was my doctor on this visit. I normally avoid hospitals because it's hard to know 1. can you trust them 2 do they know what they are doing 3. are they actually going to help? Karl listened to help while I explained what was going on and then he actually helped me understand.

I was a new patient. Dr. Genovese took an entire hour and reviewed my medications and conditions. He was very thorough and precise. He explained himself very well. I had an excellent first impression. I was looking for a new doctor, and I feel like I found one in Dr. Genovese, although I wished he worked out of the Southington Office.

I've only been here once, however I will continue to see Dr. Genovese. He didn't make me feel ashamed for being a bit overweight, he listened to my concerns and spoke to me like a true person and not just another client. I'm actually looking forward to our next appointment.

I do not usually write reviews (good or bad), but I have to say how amazing Dr. Genovese is. He is one of the most knowledgeable, caring, and compassionate Physicians you'll ever meet and I am lucky to have him as my primary Doctor. I am in the medical field myself and I am not easily impressed, but Dr. Genovese always surpasses expectations at every visit. An absolutely brilliant and wonderful human being.
