I was very impressed with Shane. Dr Underwood retired and it was our first time seeing someone new in this practice. My uncle is his patient but I always go with him. My uncle had been in the hospital with the flu and bronchitis and this was a follow up check up a week later. Shane was really thorough and asked if we had any questions. I did have some questions which he thoroughly answered. He took time with my uncle talked to him listened to his chest and said if I had any more questions I could call back. He genuinely cares about his patients.
