Best physician I ever had. Hardly ever a long wait. Very thorough physical exam for annual check up. (Ive had other doctors who barely looked/ touched to give an exam.). Talks about topics that could be sensitive in a respectful way.

Was my first appointment with her, I'm really disappointed, all the time she was standing in front of the computer, I told her about a concern that I have regarding a pain I have been feeling in the front left side, for almost two weeks, she don't look at me when I was talking, she doesn't know where the pain is because she doesn't look or try to touch that area, she just told to take some over the counter medicine for gases. I learn since I start kindergarten that you should look at a person when they talk to you. Sadly that doesn't happen with this person. Maybe because I'm 77 year old? She gave me a referral for blood work, ask her if I need to fasting, she said no need for this tests, when I received the referral at the front desk it says fasting. She told she will see me again in two months, in the front desk the staff person said she have to call her to verify, and then told me she said 4 months. The only good experienced I had was with the young girl, Morgan,her assistance, very professional and respectful. I need an appointment with another doctor. I never had a bad experience before at other Hartford Healthcare locations.

Miss Vicki Hall, My Provider I trust her totally. She knows her stuff!

Vicki Hall, APRN is a really caring provider. She is concerned for your health but also listens to your wishes. She treats you with respect and is not in a rush to get you out of the exam room. She also promptly answers any messages you send her through Hartford HealthCare patient portal. I really like her.
