This was the first time when I had my physical that I felt that Dr. Divino really rushed trough the appointment. In the past she has really sat with me and talked about everything but this time it felt very rushed and like she didn't have time for me.

Dr. Divino is absolutely #1 in my book when it comes to a care provider. She always makes best r commendations and always talks me through any changes made to care. She is a perfect listener, she really actively listens. She has beeen amazing. I feel medically empowered and a valued member of my own team. I would follow her to the ends of the earth for care.

Do not go see this doctor. Especially if you’re black. She automatically assumed I was on state insurance the first time I saw her. And she charged me for my annual physical because she prescribes my high blood pressure and anxiety meds to me. My insurance specifically states that preventative exams are no charge but yet she charges me anyway. This is the second time this has happened. Then once I tried to tell her about how she shouldn’t be charging me, she locked me out of my MyChart account which is illegal by the way seeing how now I have no access to my medical records. Real professional! Save yourself the trouble and find a different doctor. I wish I could give 0 stars. Editing to say, I read the response below that the so called doctor wrote. Good job using AI and actually sounding like you care about anything. Oh, and thanks for locking me out of my account illegally. I really hope you lose clients over this review.
