Had surgery 13 yrs ago and still maintains a SUPER healthy life style. I'm so grateful for the opportunity he started with me for weight loss surgery. The journey was in my hands. Do a 1200 cal, low to no carb/fruit free diet daily and you will succeed.

Very informative I've learned about starchy vegetables. I had no idea the importance of having a starchy vegetable in my salad. So, I'll be using sweet potato as my starchy vegetable. I'm sure! I'll learn more new ideas as I transform my eating habits to a healthy way of eating moreover eating to fuel my body with the nutrients it needs. So excited
