Dr. Bellino is board certified in Internal Medicine. She joined Backus Hospital in 2003 and now serves as the Associate Director for the Hospitalist Program in East Region. She completed her undergraduate degree from Rutgers University. She completed her medical degree from George Washington University, Washington DC. She did her residency in Internal Medicine at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, Philadelphia, PA. She is the Site Director for the Education Program at UCONN School of Medicine at Backus Hospital. She also has expertise in information technology needs in medicine including Epic. She is a graduate of the Leadership Institute at Hartford HealthCare PLDI. She participates in many quality improvement projects and committees for Hartford HealthCare East Region. In her spare time she practices Yoga, likes gardening, and coaching childrens sports.
