My primary doctor name is Monica Kaul She is one of the best doctors I ever had! She is kind very attentive and she gets to the bottom of everything that’s going on with you. I basically feel like she saved my life. she would direct you to the best specialist that can take care of all your needs. I don’t only love her as my doctor. She is also a great friend of mine because I can trust her with my life. I can tell you this for certain and for sure that if you need a genuine loving and caring Doctor, I would refer you to Monica Kaul. She is the best best I’ve been with her since 2017 and I’ll be there as long as she’s there.

I’ve seen Dr. Kaul as my primary care doctor for a few years mostly bc this is who my insurance referred. I am a younger patient and every time I’ve come to this doctor with a concern, she has dismissed me or made me feel stupid for even asking questions. I only see her once a year so I’ve chosen to ignore it for the most part and rely on other physicians when I actually have concerns about my health. Recently I ran out of refills for my SSRI, in which Dr. Kaul prescribed. There was NO communication from this office about me needing to be seen so I would’ve been able to book an appointment before I ran out of medication. She refused to refill my prescription of a medication that CANNOT be abruptly stopped, causing severe withdrawl symptoms. She is extremely negligent and in my opinion does not care. I hate seeing her every year and am finding a new provider as soon as possible. She has atrocious and cold bedside manner.

I've been seeing Dr. Kaul for about 2-3 years and she is absolutely amazing. She truly listens to her patients and knows what to ask. I feel comfortable in that she wants her patients to be healthy and free of pain. Love that she doesn't take too long to see you and responds to questions quickly on Mychart. Very helpful to make sure I get the correct information I need to make informed decisions. She's truly a great doctor. Highly recommend.
