I was a new patient of Dr. Fowler’s. She had reviewed my chart before I met her. And then made a correction in her assessment after speaking with me. I was sorry that Dr. Taylor had decided to do more teaching but she recommended Dr. Fowler and I am very pleased. Everyone at the Torrington office was professional and helpful.
