My regular doctor was unavailable, so I agreed to see this doctor. Unfortunately, I left feeling extremely uncomfortable and disappointed by the way I was treated. The doctor had very poor bedside manner. He came across as dismissive, cold, rude, and uncaring, and his tone felt almost aggressive at times. I did not feel listened to or comfortable during the appointment. I mentioned that I recently had a baby and was breastfeeding because I thought that information might be medically relevant when evaluating my symptoms or considering possible hormonal factors. Instead, the doctor used the opportunity to give me unsolicited and judgmental advice about breastfeeding and told me that I should stop because my baby is eight months old. I came to the appointment to have a rash evaluated not to be lectured about how I should feed my child or questioned about my parenting choices. There was absolutely no reason for the conversation to become judgmental or confrontational. I have been a patient of this practice for almost a decade, which makes this experience especially disappointing. Patients should feel respected, heard, and comfortable discussing their health with their doctor. This interaction felt completely unprofessional and was far below the standard of care and compassion I expected from a medical professional.

Dr. Jeremko clearly cares about his patients and doing the best for them. I was impressed with his thoroughness interest in the details of my care. When I had a missing test he spent the time to research it and get the results to review. I would highly recommend !

I had my annual physical with Dr. Jaremko in December. He’s been my personal physician for many years. He is a good listener, is thorough, and follows up quickly to requests and questions that I make through the online portal. His office is conveniently located on Route 44 in Avon and his support staff make the administrative and screening part of an office visit quick and painless. I have recommended him to friends and family members and 5 this 5 star review would recommend him to patients who are looking to build a long term relationship with a great doctor.

Wellness visits are rushed. Most of the visit is spent with the Doctor reading down the chart. I was charged an extra 'office visit' because the doctor mentioned my cholesterol that he was reading from the chart. I did not initiate the conversation, and he still charged me an extra fee. I find this practice very deceitful.
