Nicole is great listener and, with me, she has to listen a lot! I feel like we are partners in my care and she always responds with experience and respect. She allows me to request some things, like testing, that she may not be familiar with. She always considers the information I am discuss with her and we collaborate to determine next steps. To me, this is the way all PCPs should be...team players, never disregarding the patient's knowledge or feelings. I think HH management could learn a great deal from her unique patient-centered approach so other PCPs could be trained to be as excellent as Nicole:)

Nicole has been my PA for 10ish years and is the best primary care I've had as an adult. She is a great communicator, speaks at a normal pace and in plain language. Nicole addresses all patient questions in a compassionate manner and quickly. Any patient is lucky to have her as I am!
