My doctors were awesome and you know they attended to me and let me know what I needed. How did I feel you know it was like I told him what was how I feel and they said yeah it could be so one thing or the other but both doctors at both places were magnificent. I couldn't ask for better doctors

When I arrived a young lady asked me many questions and wrote down all of the information about my supplements and my concerns. Then the doctor talked to me for the main exam/interview and it was as if he hadn't seen any of the information that I had mentioned to the young lady. My question is what was the point of the interview with the young lady if the doctor was not going to pay attention to those questions? I had hoped that he would have mentioned those concerns with me, that I had already told the young lady. But in fact I left the visit having forgotten to bring up one of my important concerns with him because I had already told the young lady(assistant). I went away from the visit not having talked about it with the doctor and now my next visit is in 6 months! I had booked this first visit 6 months ago! It was the soonest a doctor could see me and now I have to wait another 6 months. One visit in 12 months! You strive to provide EXCELLENT patient experience? Both the lady assistant and the doctor were very pleasant and friendly. In fact they were excellent in every way when it comes to talking with me. The questions that the young woman had asked me were asked in such a way to give me the impression that the doctor was going to go over each health issue. But he didn't. He simply asked me what was on my mind or if I had any questions or issues. By then I had forgotten one. Now I have to wait 6 months, but in reality it will be one year from the time I first booked an appointment, because I forgot to ask him about the issue. And on top of all of that my co-pay is extremely high. I think the assistant should have told me, remember to bring up all of these issues again with the doctor, because he may or may not see them in the system form that she was filling out. So in all had a less than excellent visit at the office, but I want to say that all of the people were professional and friendly.
