Dr. Waters is awesome. She takes extra time to talk to you. She explained stuff if you don’t understand she says she’s gonna call other doctors and she means it very personable. I would recommend her to anybody. My mother was looking for a geriatric doctor and we finally found Dr. Waters and we are so happy with her.

Colleen was wonderful! She listened empathetically to my concerns and skillfully assessed my needs. She treated me as a true partner in my own care by giving me multiple choices for my follow-up specialist and then provided details about each person that helped me decide who I wanted to see for specialty care. I could not recommend her more highly!

The staff were very open to answer any question I had. They also answered them so I could understand what was going on and what potentially might go on. I appreciated the full transparency.

This was my first meeting with Collen as my former PCP had left Hartford Health care. She exhibited an excellent combination of professional and personal interaction. She listened carefully to what I had to say . She also ordered blood work as it had not been done for a while, to establish a base line with her She also took care of transferring my prescriptions from my former PCP. All a in all a very productive and pleasant initial meeting

The office was very friendly and courteous. The provider herself was very knowledgeable, friendly and easy to talk to. She listened and offered suggestions about my care. Very polite and respectful. Before she met me, she reviewed my medical history and came in the room with knowledge of me before she even met me. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a PCP.
