We Stand Together. We Stand For Safety.

We Stand Together. We Stand For Safety.

As we increase our ability to see patients in person, maintaining a safe environment in our Medical Group practices continues to be our top priority.

We’ve taken extra precautions so you can be safe and feel confident when you visit any one of our outpatient offices. While your next visit may look different, we remain committed to delivering an exceptional care experience while providing the highest level of safety for everyone.

The following policies and procedures have been implemented at all Medical Group offices throughout our system of care. Due to unique environmental challenges of each location, the details will vary from office to office. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact your doctor’s office directly.

Hygiene

Hygiene

Enhanced cleaning schedules have begun to ensure effective cleaning and disinfecting, using environmentally responsible supplies.

Hand hygiene is essential for everyone in our office. Sanitizing stations will be available.

Exam rooms will be thoroughly disinfected in between each patient visit.

Screening

Screening

All patients, visitors and employees will be screened for symptoms and undergo temperature checks upon arriving to any of our offices.

Depending on the results of your screening, and particular office you’re visiting, you may be brought directly into an exam room or asked to return to your car and call your doctor directly.

Masks

Masks

Masks are required for everyone entering our buildings.

If you don’t have a mask, we’ll be happy to provide you with one.

We appreciate your cooperation!

Altered Waiting Rooms

Maintain a safe distance

To help promote social distancing, special decals have been placed on floors, seats, entrances, restrooms and elevators to serve as guidance for everyone.

Please be mindful of others and maintain a safe distance of at least 6 feet.

In some offices, plexi glass has been installed to serve as a protective barrier between patients and staff.

Revised Visitor Policy

Visitors

To account for the physical limitations of our locations and the need to respect social distancing during this pandemic, the Medical Group must continue to restrict the number of people who come into our offices.

Visitors/Companions may be limited or restricted, depending upon the current prevalence of COVID-19 in the office’s surrounding community.

Visitors/Companions must follow all of the same safety measures, including screening, social distancing and wearing a mask.

Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a parent. Infants 6 months and younger can have both parents present.

Virtual Health

Virtual Visits

Virtual Health visits will remain an option to accommodate all of our patients in a variety of situations. Our convenient and secure video appointments will allow you to connect with your care provider remotely.
