Excellent in every way

I could not of had a better visit with Dr. Cha. Her bedside manner as a doctor is unapproachable. She listened to all my concerns with great interest and concern. She made me feel so at ease and her explanations were clear and precise. I am so fortunate to have her as my PCP. I would highly recommend her to others.

Dr Cha is amazing

5 out of 5 stars

I think Dr Cha is a very caring, thoughtful individual who treats her patients very kindly. And she is very thorough with examinations, explaining any issues that need clarification, and listening to my concerns. She's very efficient with follow ups, she doesn't leave important matters "unresolved"

I hate to recommend Grace Cha because it will be harder to get her when I need her (but I do tell everyone how great she is).

I've been going to Dr.Cha for awhile now,and she is top notch. Always concerned and asking me how I am and check my meds. She shares my concerns and listens. Karen at the front desk is so friendly and caring. Love her.

Unfortunately will not be coming back to see Grace Cha again. I've been seeing this doctor for maybe 3 yrs now, I tried to give her a chance or give her the benefit of the doubt every time I see her, but much to my disappointment, she always gives me a reason not to see her again. I feel like she's always rushing me, doesn't really care, not answering my questions, last time I saw her she literally said, her time is up and can't answer any more questions, didn't even listen to my breathing, didn't check my reflexes like, my previous PCP's will do, I don't like when she has a tone of sarcasm on her, she's always pushing things, i.e. flu shot, pneumonia shot..etc. in order to make a sale. Total disappointment.

Do yourself a favor and don’t go here if you’re sick. This doctor does not care. The only thing she did was document my visit—no medication, no treatment. I had to go to urgent care to get medicine.

I was very disappointed after leaving this appointment. I felt that Dr. Cha was rude, unempathetic and visibly frustrated just because I was asking questions about my care and my injury. She did absolutely nothing and only advised me to soak my foot. I ended up in the ER where I was told by another physician that Dr. Cha should have definitely drained the abscess and put me on antibiotics. Thankfully the ER physician did both.

I am very disappointed in my visit with Dr. Cha today. I had questions that she was not answering and instead of taking the time to listen to my questions so that she could understand the clear questions that I was asking, she visibly got frustrated, sighing, and repeating the same thing over and over - which I clearly understood the first time she stated but I was asking a completely different question. She told me that I had an infection in my toe but what I wanted to know was why I was not being put on antibiotics if it was an infection and why it did not need to be drained when it clearly looks like it has fluid in it. Instead of stating WHY it did not need to be drained, she kept repeating what it was. She was rushing and getting irritable showing no respect for me or regard for my pain. I explained that I did not go to work today because I could not walk or put weight/pressure on the toe. She didn't even offer me a note... luckily in my field I didn't need one but most doctor's would at least ask. She did not hide the fact that she did not care at all. I now have to switch providers.
